I'm Caleb Baragar, founder of Revive. Before this, I spent a decade playing professional baseball across the MLB, Mexico, and Taiwan, including a franchise record with the San Francisco Giants.

Patients provide express written consent to receive these text messages by completing a patient intake form at their clinic. The intake form includes a dedicated SMS Communications Consent section identifying the clinic as the sender, with required TCPA disclosures. Every SMS message includes opt-out instructions. Patients may reply STOP at any time to opt out, and opt-out requests are processed immediately and permanently across all future messaging from that clinic. Patients may also reply HELP for assistance.
